Salvador is a partner in the Litigation practice group. Salvador’s practice focuses on counseling and litigation in the commercial, intellectual property and criminal law areas. His experience includes representing clients in federal and state courts in major cities in Mexico, as well as dealing with federal and state enforcement agencies. He is also experienced in providing advice on protection of intellectual property rights and trade secrets, and in handling trademark, trade dress and patent infringement litigation. Salvador is active in local business associations.
He received his Bachelor of Laws degree from the Universidad Iberoamericana in 2010. He received his Master of Laws from the Universidad de Guanajuato.
