America is a partner in the Litigation and Commercial Law practice groups. Before joining the firm America sat as a Judge for the Mexico City High Court for over three decades. She is considered an authority in commercial law and complex litigation matters.
She received her Bachelor of Laws degree from the Universidad de Guanajuato, with honors (summa cum laude) in 1965.
